    Wrote the SKILL.md files that hold our coding standards and made them mandatory, so AI-generated code follows the same rules as hand-written code.

    Moved QA into the team's workflow: developers now share responsibility for quality instead of handing work over at the end.

    Single point of contact for clients on scope and technical choices: give them what they need to decide and keep client and team on the agreed outcome.

About

I studied programming at HOGENT in Ghent and spent my first years as a consultant, joining client teams: a pharmacists' association, a food-testing lab group, a steel builder's logistics team.

In 2024 I moved to Bangkok. I spent two years working remotely for a client in Malaysia on an investment platform for financial advisers, and now lead a team of five at We Do Dev Work.

Outside work I train Muay Thai (9 years) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (blue belt, 4 years), and I have competed in both.
